Start your week with intention and clarity. Join a like-minded group of freelancers, entrepreneurs, and life leaders for a powerful 30-minute goal-setting meditation. Each Monday morning, we come together to set clear intentions and cultivate the mindset to make the most of the week ahead.
Start your week strong—show up for yourself and get ready to make things happen.
Stay an extra 30 minutes afterward for an open, supportive conversation where we can share insights, ask questions, and inspire each other as we embark on the week.

Empowered women, mums & sisters
Yoga, meditation & chanting
Thursdays 17:00 - 18:00 | Zen Yoga, 24A Camberwell Grove, London SE5 8RE
Join a community of incredible women, mums and sisters every Thursday evening for an hour of rejuvenating movement, yoga, meditation, and chanting. What is unique about this class is that our children are welcome. This class is about redefining the status quo, coming together as a sisterhood to do our wellness practice with our children present.
Together, we’ll create a space where women can connect, nourish their well-being, and set an inspiring example for our family and communities. When you feel alive, everyone around you feels it too. Let’s change the status quo, light each other up, and embrace the full essence of who we are as women, mothers and leaders.
And after we’ve stretched, breathed, and chanted, there’s a pub next door to go for a drink, have a laugh, and chat about life, womanhood, and everything in between with fellow women who totally get it.
Class is £10
Children are welcome for free.
